Care Coordinator – Graduate & Early Careers Opportunity

Paragon Home Healthcare is hiring a Care Coordinator in Richmond. Perfect for graduates or early-career professionals looking to make a meaningful impact in health and care services.

35 - 40 hours per week
Between £25,000 and £28,000 Per Year

What are you going to do:

  • Create and manage carer rotas to ensure quality care delivery

  • Support and mentor carers with day-to-day guidance

  • Maintain contact with clients and adjust care to their needs

  • Work with recruitment and HR to onboard new team members

  • Contribute to out-of-hours support (on rotation)

  • Help ensure every client receives person-centred, consistent care
