The Role :-
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the fast moving IT industry in a challenging and rewarding
professional role as an Recruitment Administrator. You will be working alongside a Recruitment Consultant. They will be responsible for your training and will guide you through your daily tasks and progression.
You will:
- Develop an understanding of the IT sector;
- Advertise roles in an engaging and informative
manner;
- Build relationships with clients and candidates;
- Source candidates to meet clients' requirements;
- Identify the best candidates for roles and help
prepare them for interviews;
- Discuss candidates with clients, ensuring that
the client is confident that you have understood their requirements correctly;
- Prepare candidates for potential offers;
Your Skills and Experience :-
First and foremost is your enthusiasm to gain experience in the recruitment industry.
Ideally you will have experience of some or all of the following:
- Recruitment or office administration;
- Great commuinication skills;
- Building collaborative working relationships;
- Thinking 'outside the box'.
You will need to have few or no planned holidays in order to apply.
