Royal Ascot – June 2017 - £500+ for 6 days' work
Arc Recruitment are looking for friendly, polite and enthusiastic individuals to work at Royal Ascot from Mon 19th to Sat 24th June 2017.
Successful candidates will be working as either hospitality (bar or waitressing), retail bar/cashier or betting staff for the 6 days in a row. Experience is not required as full training is provided for free. Any experience that you do have, however, will strengthen your application.
The rates of pay (holiday pay included and paid automatically) and typical hours are as follows:
Hospitality/retail bar staff: £7.50 to £8.40 per hour depending on your age, typical 10+ hour shift from approx. 9am-7pm.
Betting staff: £9.25 per hour plus £10 travel allowance per day, typical 8+ hour shift from approx. 10am-6pm.
Plus, there are lots of opportunities to earn good tips in all roles. You can therefore expect to earn more than £500 plus tips in all roles if you successfully work all six days.
Candidates successful at application stage will be invited in for a small group assessment (2.25 hrs) at our office in Kennington (near Oval tube). Upon successful completion of this assessment, you will be invited to start on the next suitable event date. For candidates wishing to start work at Ascot and our other London venues before June then this is very possible on both betting and hospitality and we can start you ASAP. Our venues are all easily accessible by public transport in London.
