Job Description: As an Installation & Service Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our field labor force meets customer requests and expectations efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling and Dispatching: Coordinate and dispatch field labor based on the nature of the call, urgency, contractual obligations, available resources, and customer needs.
• Documentation and Coordination: Document, prioritize, and organize all service requests to ensure timely completion.
• Service Call Management: Work closely with service technicians to complete all assigned service calls and meet service level targets.
