Temporary Event Executive to join our Yoga activation during Wellnergy Festival, which is based in Wimbledon Park, London on June 13 and 14.

What are you going to do:

We’re looking for a temporary Event Executive to join our Yoga activation during Wellnergy Festival, which is based in Wimbledon Park, London, United Kingdom on June 13 and 14. You’ll play a key role in managing event logistics, coordinating live experiences, and helping us create meaningful connections with our audience.


Key Responsibilities:
 • Oversee event setup, audience engagement, and on-site logistics
 • Support the marketing team with promotional and branding efforts
 • Collaborate with team members to deliver engaging live activities
 • Create warm, passionate, and high-energy interactions with festival attendees


Qualifications:
 • Experience in retail or event coordination
 • A collaborative team player with a passionate personality and fun, engaging spirit
 • Background in event organizing and/or a personal connection to yoga is preferred
 • Familiarity with pop-up event operations is a plus
 • Must be available on-site June 13 and 14
