Junior BMC Remedy ITSM Technical Consultant

Lead workshops, design ITSM solutions, manage risks, customize BMC Remedy, and know databases, web services, and reporting tools.

37 - 38 hours per week
Between £25,000 and £30,000 Per Year

What are you going to do:

About the role:
• Capability of running customer facing Technology to Process workshops
• Ability to design the required features to implement solutions that meet customer needs in a cost efficient and timely manner
• Can assess and manage project risks and make appropriate design and development decisions
• Install, Configure, Develop, Integrate BMC Remedy ITSM suite configurations and customisations as per Customer requirements
• Understand the business use of the ITSM configurations / customisations
• Understand the downstream uses and impact of ITSM Configuration in follow-on reporting and interface applications.
• Experience of working on the whole ITSM suite including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, SLM, SRM / Service Request Management, Asset Management and CMDB
• Gain good experience and knowledge of SmartIT, DWP/MyIT and Service Broker
• Obtain knowledge of the following - Databases, interfaces / webservices, OLAP reporting tools / pivot tables
