Temp Viewing Agent in London

You’ll be showing potential tenants around our properties, giving them a great first impression and answering any questions they have. It’s all about making viewings smooth, friendly, and informative — helping people find their next home!

What are you going to do:

We are looking for a personable and reliable Viewing Agent to support our busy lettings team in London. In this flexible, temporary role, you will conduct property viewings for prospective tenants across our student and residential studio portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking part-time, flexible work with the chance to gain experience in the property sector.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct viewings of student and residential studio apartments

• Act as a friendly and professional point of contact for prospective tenants

• Showcase key features of properties and promote the benefits of the local area

• Answer questions and provide accurate information about the property and tenancy terms

• Gather and pass on feedback from viewers to the lettings team

• Manage your viewing schedule with support from the lettings team

• Encourage prospective tenants to proceed with property reservations following viewings
