Customer and logistics support for a longevity healthcare platform in London

Join humanpeople as Customer Service/Logistics Support. Work within a small team, support fulfilment/personalised health packages. Answer customer queries and help people live healthier with health hacking.

10 - 20 hours per week
Between £12.21 and £14.00 Per Hour

What are you going to do:

humanpeople is on a mission to revolutionize the health industry and help people live healthier lives. By making sense of powerful but disjointed healthtech and research, we're enabling people to take control of their health and wellness.

We're seeking dynamic and detail-oriented students to join our logistics team. As a logistics and customer support, you'll be using our cutting-edge packing robot to package supplements and send them directly to customers. Plus, you'll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, making sure our customers are always happy.

Are you studying Chemistry, Biology, or Pharmacy? Then this is the perfect side hustle for you! Not only will you be earning money, but you'll also be gaining valuable experience in a growing industry while making a positive impact on people's lives.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled as a uni student, studying the relevant field of study, such as Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work independently and think outside the box
