Property Inventory Clerk. Live & study in London? Want to boost summer earnings and keep ticking over in term time?

We are excited to be hiring new Inventory Clerks to expand our growing team. Your role will be to attend properties across the city to asses and report on their condition and to create accurate check-in/check-out reports. You will be required to take photos of the properties to support your assessment and clearly dictate your findings to enable an inspection report to be created. You will also act as a representative of the property agent for the collection/handover of keys. This role is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to start their career in the property industry working for a dynamic and ambitious company.

As a rapidly growing organisation, Green Kite produces inventory reports; check-ins and check-outs, for the residential property market. Green Kite prides itself on its high standards and works with some of the leading London estate agents such as Marsh & Parsons, Foxtons and Kinleigh Folkhard & Hayward.

Dates

Recruitment Day 30th June - we will conduct phone interviews up until 24th May and those that are successful will be invited to meet the team.

Training Start Date 10th July for 2 weeks - you must be available for these dates.

What we offer

What we're offering

  • Part time (fixed days) & flexible (choose your days) contracts, allowing you too boost earnings in summer and reduce when studying
  • Earn up to £100 a day, with travel and phone expense allowance
  • Quarterly bonus of up to £300 per qtr
