We are currently recruiting for casual staff to work at Wembley Stadium. We need Box Office Representatives, Ticket Dispatches, Customer Relations and general admin staff. As a Box Office Representative you will be required to use in-house ticketing systems to sell tickets and hand out advanced ticket collections in Wembley Stadium. Customer Relations Staff will need strong telephone manners as you will be answering queries and booking tickets for events over the telephone, Ticket Dispatches will be posting out tickets prior to events.
Candidates must:
Have strong customer service skills with the
ability to resolve customer conflicts, should they arise.
Have excellent communication skills to communicate
effectively with the general public and co-workers.
Be able to deal professionally, politely and
tactfully with the public and co-workers.
Be flexible to work around London as we also supply Box Office staff to Tottenham occasionally and happy to come into work last minute if needed.
Have the ability to work in a fast paced
environment.
Have the ability to work alone or as part of a
team.
Prior experience in ticket sales preferred but not
required.
Having a passion for football is preferred but not
required.
This is casual work so you do not need to accept
any work that is offered to you. You can work as and when you are available.
