Finance Assistant – Entertainment & Media | West London | Full-Time, Permanent


Are you a detail-driven Finance Assistant looking to work in a fast-paced, creative environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading talent management and production group working with some of the most recognisable names in entertainment. Based in West London, this role offers the chance to build your finance career while getting under the skin of how the media industry works.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and code purchase invoices weekly
  • Raise and allocate invoices and cash receipts
  • Reconcile intercompany positions monthly
  • Review and chase credit card and expense claims
  • Investigate and resolve invoice/payment queries
  • Monitor bank accounts and support cashflow processes
  • Own and reconcile balance sheet accounts at month-end
  • Provide ad hoc business analysis and general admin support
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements


Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong academic background
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Proactive and able to take initiative
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment


Desired:

  • Experience working across finance and operational teams
  • Exposure to the entertainment or creative sectors
  • Familiarity with intercompany transactions or cashflow monitoring
  • Previous experience handling high volumes of transactions
