Residential Conveyancer

Job description

An expanding and highly regarded law firm locate close to Mitcham are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer with a minimum of 1 years experience to join their property team. Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed conveyancers are all welcome to apply.

You will have the ability to manage your own caseload and all aspects of sales and purchases, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, help to buy, and right to buy and deeds of variation.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in creating and maintaining lasting relationships with clients and third parties at all levels
• Have a thorough and detailed approach to work
• Be a team player
• Have excellent organisation, administration, and communication skills

Job Specifics:

• Salary £40,000-50,000 dependent on experience.
• Office hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm
• Job Type: Full-time
• Work from home available
