Oracle Data Migration Lead

Location: Remote (UK-based, with occasional travel)

Our end-client is embarking on a major Oracle Cloud ERP Transformation and is seeking a seasoned Data Migration Lead to take ownership of all data migration activities. This is a high-impact role requiring hands-on delivery, vendor coordination, and reporting to executive stakeholders.

✅ Key Skills Required:

• Proven background in end-to-end data migration delivery within Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Specific experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and Financials modules.
• Strong communication and expectation-setting skills across technical and business teams.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and system integrators.
• Ability to travel within the UK when required for key project phases.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Own the end-to-end data migration strategy and execution.
• Build and manage the relationship with the SI, Oracle, and 3rd party vendors.
• Maintain and monitor the data migration budget.
• Provide regular reporting to the steering committee and leadership.
• Oversee and guide the implementation partner ensuring on-time delivery and data accuracy.
