Engagement Type: R12 Upgrade

We’re seeking a Test Lead with deep Oracle EBS experience to join an R12 Upgrade programme. This role will lead the design, execution, and delivery of the test strategy across Finance and Manufacturing functions. If you’re ISTQB certified and have a strong track record in EBS testing, we’d love to hear from you.

✅ 5 Key Skills Required:

• Prior experience delivering test strategy for Oracle programmes.
• ISTQB certified, with best practice knowledge of QA methodologies.
• In-depth experience with the full Oracle EBS suite.
• Exposure to Finance and Manufacturing modules in Oracle.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualification.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

• Test Strategy Execution – Deliver and refine the agreed test strategy and approach.
• Stakeholder Coordination – Manage key project stakeholders, reporting, and testing schedules.
• Testing Oversight – Lead system, integration, and regression testing activities.
• UAT Support – Guide the development of user acceptance tests and real-life business scenarios.
• Issue Resolution – Own test issue management, triage, and resolution.
