Veterinary Surgeon – Experienced Small Animal Vet (Min. 2 Years)

Banstead, Surrey | £45,000–£65,000 | 4-Day Week | No OOH

We are a proudly independent, RCVS-accredited small animal surgery based in leafy Banstead, Surrey, with a reputation for outstanding clinical standards and exceptional client care. Located just a short distance from London and the South Coast, our area offers the perfect balance of professional opportunity and quality of life—ideal for hiking, cycling, horse riding or simply relaxing.


About the Role:

We’re looking for a vet with at least 2 years of clinical experience, confident with consultations and routine soft tissue surgery. You’ll be joining a collaborative, friendly team that includes:

  • An ACVIM Internal Medicine Specialist
  • A certificate holder in Surgery
  • Experienced GPs and RVNs
  • Supportive reception and admin staff
  • Visiting orthopaedic surgeons
  • Diagnostic imaging and cardiology specialist support

You’ll be working in modern, purpose-built facilities, including digital x-ray, ultrasound, laparoscopy, endoscopy, in-house lab, isolation, and separate cat and dog areas.
