Experience

• Previous experience in financial services or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and the lending process is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement is essential.
