Trainer Specialist – Turkish language | 12-Month Contract with annual extension

£33,000 - £35,000 I Remote (UK-Based) with 80-90% Global Travel

Are you passionate about hotelier and love the idea of combining hotel systems and training staff with international travel?

We’re hiring a Trainer Specialist to join a leading global hospitality brand. In this role, you’ll take ownership of system implementation projects across hotels worldwide—delivering training, configuring systems, troubleshooting onsite, and ensuring a smooth go-live experience. If you don't have much experience in systems, they will provide training and support.

What you’ll do:

• Liaise with hotel teams to plan and coordinate on-site activities
• Build system databases and set up hardware/network
• Lead classroom training and provide go-live support
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal/external support teams

What we’re looking for:

• +4 years of experience in hotel operations and training staff
• Comfortable with tech setup (hardware, network, database config)
• Strong communication, organisation, and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally (90%)
