Location: London (Minimum 4 days a week in-person)

Job Type: 5 days per week

Compensation: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission

What You’ll Do:

 

Pipeline Generation (80%)


  • Execute 50+ strategic cold calls/day to C-suite and senior decision-makers across risk, resilience, business continuity, and governance
  • Use HubSpot CRM to manage outreach, automate follow-ups, track performance, and maintain clean data across contacts, companies, and deals
  • Book 30+ qualified meetings/month for the Sales Team (no fluff, just high-intent leads)
  • Contribute to a performance-driven culture, consistently hitting weekly activity and pipeline generation targets

 

Market Intelligence (20%)


  • Research and identify high-quality leads across priority sectors and regions (UK and EU)
  • Refine messaging based on frontline insights (we iterate fast)
  • Collaborate with the UK team to align outreach tactics with client needs

 

Required skills:

 

  • A proven hunter with 2+ years in B2B sales/SDR cold calling and outbound lead generation (SaaS preferred)
  • A natural communicator—you can distil complex risk concepts into compelling conversations
  • Tool-savvy—HubSpot and outreach automation are second nature
  • Proactive and resourceful—comfortable with autonomy, ownership, and adapting fast
  • Curious about risk/resilience—or eager to learn (we’ll train you)
  • Bonus: Experience selling to risk, compliance, or business continuity teams.
