Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a IT and Product Technical Support Specialist at Transcend Information, Inc. The Specialist will be responsible for providing IT, Product, Technical support, Customer support, CAR & FAR support. The role is based in Hemel Hempstead with some remote work allowed. The job will require travel when needed to customer sites or online to support the sales function.

Qualifications and Job Responsibilities

• Product Support, Technical Support, IT support and Customer support
• CAR + FAR Analysis support
• Product presentation skills
• Customer visits (Online + F2F meetings)
• Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience in working with storage, multimedia, or embedded products (Ideal not essential)
• Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Ideal not essential)
