Our mission is to help brands create meaningful connections with their customers through interactivity, data capture, and personalisation. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Representative to help fuel our growth.


The Role

This is a key commercial role within the team, responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for many prospective clients and play a vital role in shaping their first impression of Odicci. Working closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams, you will help build a strong pipeline of opportunities and ensure we are speaking to the right brands, at the right time, with the right message. This is a hybrid role based in London, with 2 to 3 days a week in our central office to encourage collaboration and shared learning.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound channels including email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Qualify inbound leads and set up discovery meetings for the senior sales team
  • Work with the marketing team to tailor outreach campaigns by vertical and region
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers across CRM, loyalty, and digital marketing functions
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Executive team to support opportunity progression and handover
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Act as a brand ambassador during industry events and virtual webinars
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on prospect conversations


Requirements
  • 2/3 years of experience in a BDR role within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools
  • A natural curiosity and a passion for understanding customer needs
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
  • Organised, persistent, and resilient in the face of rejection
  • Experience or interest in retail, beauty, loyalty, or digital marketing sectors is a plus
