Are you ready to be part of a global leader in gaming and entertainment? KONAMI is looking for a passionate and driven PR Coordinator to support their PR Manager in promoting and raising awareness for KONAMI and its iconic products across the EMEA region.


You’ll assist in the development and execution of PR activations across all KONAMI divisions, including:


Gamesoft - responsible for legendary gaming franchises like Metal Gear Solid, Silent Hill, Castlevania & more.

eFootball - partnered with FIFA and set to shape the future of football gaming.

Yu-Gi-Oh! - one of the world’s leading trading card games, both physical and digital.


Your responsibilities…

  • Build and nurture relationships with media across consumer, industry, and other sectors.
  • Write and manage press releases and promotional copy.
  • Coordinate PR activity with regional and global teams and agencies to maximise coverage.
  • Organise and assist in PR at events (regional and global), including staffing and managing media attendance.
  • Analyse PR coverage and trends using media monitoring tools and provide insightful reports.
  • Assist with product access and media distribution.
  • Develop key documents, including internal proposals and third-party briefing materials.
  • Support ad-hoc PR tasks as needed.


The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…

  • Experience managing PR campaigns and working with external PR agencies.
  • Strong relationships with gaming media, both online and print.
  • Proficient in creating engaging content and managing media relations.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Passionate about gaming and up to date with industry trends.
  • Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
  • Comfortable working independently, adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of KONAMI's products, gaming, TCG, football, and Japanese culture is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to travel when needed.


For this role, you must be UK based with full right to work and be within a commutable distance to work on site 3 days per week.
