Part Time Sales Associates in London

Job description

Experience: At least 2 years retail experience in both Mens and Womens products.

The role

As a part-time Retail associate, you will act as a Brand Ambassador for Grenson and you should be focused on providing customers with an exceptional level of service.

In the absence of the Store Manager, you would be responsible for the team and the daily running of the store.

Working alongside the Store Manager and full time members of staff to help motivate the team and reach sales targets.

Responsibilities

You will be expected to assist the Store Manager in the following duties;

• Daily running of the store and its operations,
• Maintaining company procedures,
• Contributes to meeting store targets and maintaining the companies’ reputation for excellent customer service,
• Assisting with staff training,
• Maintaining company standards of store aesthetics,
• Communicating efficiently with head office in the absence of a Store Manager,
• Helping to organize events to engage with new and existing customers.

Skills Required

• An extensive knowledge of the high-end retail environment and a passion for fashion and footwear.
• Excellent communication skills,
• Sales drive,
• An ability to adapt to all required tasks within the business,
• Computer literate,
• Fluent in English,
• Proficiency in Outlook/ Excel and Word.
