Interim Finance Business Partner – Assets | Social Housing | 3-Month Contract | c£55K

We’re looking for a confident and capable Finance Business Partner to step into a 3-month interim role within the social housing sector. This is a great opportunity to lead on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across asset investment and maintenance programmes.

What you’ll be doing:

Delivering accurate management accounts and insightful reporting

Managing budgets for investment, compliance, and repairs

Leading on fixed asset register and reconciliations

Supporting year-end accounts and audit

Advising budget holders and promoting value for money

What we’re looking for:

CCAB qualified with a solid CPD record

Strong experience in financial planning & reporting (preferably housing or public sector)

Hands-on knowledge of VAT (including VAT Shelter), fixed assets & financial systems

Great communicator who can explain complex finance clearly

Team leader with a drive for service improvement
