Job Title: Data Migration Lead

Location: United Kingdom (UK) (Remote)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to manage and oversee the migration of SCADA and network model data into the Series 6 Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS). This is a critical leadership role responsible for defining and executing the data migration strategy, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and quality of complex utility network data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate data migration activities across multiple teams.
• Manage and mentor a team of 6–7 professionals.
• Oversee the migration of data from three different companies into a unified ADMS instance.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and integrity of migrated data.
• Design and implement effective ETL processes.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to align project timelines and deliverables.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in leading large-scale data migration projects in the utilities or electrical domain.
• In-depth knowledge of SCADA, electrical network models, and GIS systems.
• Hands-on experience with Power On ADMS S6 or similar SCADA/DMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of IEC 61970/61968 standards (CIM) and ADMS integration principles.
• Proficiency in SQL, databases, and scripting using Python.
• Familiarity with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Excellent team management, communication, and coordination skills.
