Sales Merchandiser – UK

Covering South East & East England | Full-Time

At OX Tools, we’re looking for a Sales Merchandiser who’s ready to hit the ground running and help drive brand visibility, retail execution, and customer engagement across the UK.

Salary: £32,000 per year + benefits + long-term career progression

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandise OX products in retail and trade environments – ensure displays are brand-compliant, fully stocked, and visually strong

• Build strong relationships with store staff and key decision-makers to maximise brand exposure and shelf space

• Support new product launches and seasonal campaigns with in-store setups, POS placement, and product demos

• Work closely with Sales and BDM teams to align merchandising with sales goals

• Identify and act on opportunities to grow sales and boost product visibility

• Deliver product knowledge sessions and training to store teams and end users

• Represent the brand at trade events, store activations, and job site visits

• Maintain accurate call logs, activity tracking, and territory updates (NetSuite, Numerik)

• Submit travel and expense claims in line with company policy

• Contribute to sales team meetings and support team goals

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Execution of merchandising standards across all store formats

• Increased shelf space, brand compliance, and product visibility

• Measurable contribution to sales through in-store support

• Timely and accurate reporting without the need for follow-up

• Proactive identification of promotional and merchandising opportunities
