TalentPool Supply Chain is exclusively partnered with a Fast Growing Drinks Business on a mission to redefine their drink category. Backed by industry acclaim, rapid growth, and a commitment to high-quality innovation, this brand is seeking a Supply Planner to support and scale its expanding end-to-end network.


This is a hands-on yet strategically important role, working across a diverse and agile supplier ecosystem – including partner manufacturers, co-packers, hauliers, and warehousing operations. Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, you'll take ownership of replenishment cycles, supply chain KPIs, and the seamless flow of goods from production to shelf.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a rolling 13-week replenishment plan, supporting production and capacity
  • Plan and coordinate inbound transport with hauliers to ensure timely material and stock movements
  • Monitor and optimise supply chain KPIs – OTIF, stock cover, COGS, and SLOB mitigation
  • Oversee co-packing and warehouse planning, including all packaging procurement and production forecasting
  • Lead monthly stock reconciliations and maintain planning system accuracy
  • Liaise closely with Finance to manage cost reporting, invoice approvals, and accrual processes
  • Support packaging and product innovation by aligning supply readiness with commercial timelines


Who You Are:

  • Supply planning or production planning experience in an FMCG or high-growth environment
  • Experienced in managing supplier and 3rd party manufacturing relationships
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Commercially savvy and solutions-driven, with a customer-first mentality
  • Organised, adaptable, and excited to contribute in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business
