CoSec / Governance Specialist – 6-Month FTC

Hybrid | 2–3 days in-office (Central London)

Sector: Luxury Fashion / Retail

We’re working with an iconic brand in the luxury fashion and retail space, currently looking to appoint a Governance Specialist on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support its evolving legal and compliance function.

This is an exciting opportunity for a governance professional—ideally with experience in a listed PLC or large private company—who is looking to lead and shape governance processes within a fast-moving, design-led business that blends creativity with commercial ambition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead governance activities, including committee management, minute-taking, and continuous process improvement
• Design and implement governance and compliance plans aligned with business needs
• Support the integration of legal and CoSec technology tools
• Work independently while engaging with senior stakeholders across the organisation

• Strong experience across governance and compliance, including committee support and reporting
• Confidence working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
• Pragmatic, commercially aware, and solutions-driven mindset
