Salesforce Administrator | Non-Profit

Salary: £45,000

Location: Hybrid, Cambridgeshire


One of our non-profit clients is looking for a passionate Salesforce Administrator to join their Data Team and play a vital role in supporting their life-changing mission.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure Salesforce — Flows, custom objects, permissions, validation rules, reports, dashboards & more
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using tools like Zapier and APIs
  • Own data quality — data loads, cleansing, audits, maintenance
  • Support & train end-users across multiple teams


What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years’ hands-on Salesforce Admin experience
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Experience with Sales Cloud & NPSP is advantageous
  • Knowledge of integration platforms and API concepts
  • Bonus: Light front-end development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) & Apex knowledge
