Social Media Specialist

Location - London, Hybrid (3 days on-site)

Salary - Up to £45,000 DOE


We’re working with a global leader in sustainable materials who is looking to bring a talented Social Media Specialist into their digital team. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the planning and execution of social media strategy
  • Produce compelling, tailored content across platforms—from posts and graphics to short-form video and stories
  • Actively engage with followers across LinkedIn, Instagram, X , Facebook, and TikTok
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely, brand-aligned manner
  • Build relationships with influencers, partners, and industry voices
  • Implement tactics that grow audience reach and engagement
  • Track performance, analyse results, and report on key metrics
  • Set and refine goals for audience growth, engagement, and content success
  • Recommend and test new content formats and engagement ideas
  • Ensure brand consistency across campaigns and touchpoints


What You’ll Bring

  • Hands-on experience managing brand social media accounts
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and tools
  • Exceptional written communication and copywriting skills
  • A creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into scroll-stopping content
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Suite for design/video editing
  • Experience using social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Sprout Social
  • A passion for community building and engagement


Bonus if you also have:

  • Fluency in other languages (especially French or German)
  • Experience working in or targeting the US market
  • Exposure to email marketing tools or campaign planning
