Outbound Sales Representative (3 month’s assignment) in London

Proactively sell season tickets to existing and new supporters. The Sales Centre is open 6 days a week and the successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly 5 days per week.

Job Description

CLOSING DATE MAY 19th - IMMEDIATE START

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell all assigned products to agreed sales target levels
  • Achieve personal daily sales targets
  • Convert (and up-sell where appropriate) to existing and new season ticket holders – including Cup and Away scheme
  • Prospect and work on the Club’s waiting list to drive new sales
  • Planning and prioritising sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed sales targets - especially managing personal time and productivity
  • Maintain complete knowledge of membership product offering to maximise sales opportunities and benefit to supporter needs
  • Creation and maintenance of appropriate customer records
  • Record relevant information resulting from calls made to prospects/customers by updating system tools/databases and managing sales pipeline
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods
  • Adhere to all relevant club policies

  • Person Specification:

    The ideal candidate will have skills and experience in the following areas: -

    Specific Experience

  • Experience within an outbound sales environment
  • Experience working within a B2C and B2B environment
  • Familiar with MS Office products
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Abilities/Skills/Knowledge:

  • A proven sales track record with a minimum of two years’ pro-active sales experience
  • A positive, bright and energetic demeanour
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Good communication skills with an ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Determination and an ability to overcome any obstacles presented
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and exert a positive influence
  • Professional, confident, self-motivated and enthusiastic
