What are you going to do:
CLOSING DATE MAY 19th - IMMEDIATE START
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell all assigned products to agreed sales target levels
- Achieve personal daily sales targets
- Convert (and up-sell where appropriate) to existing and new season ticket holders – including Cup and Away scheme
- Prospect and work on the Club’s waiting list to drive new sales
- Planning and prioritising sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed sales targets - especially managing personal time and productivity
- Maintain complete knowledge of membership product offering to maximise sales opportunities and benefit to supporter needs
- Creation and maintenance of appropriate customer records
- Record relevant information resulting from calls made to prospects/customers by updating system tools/databases and managing sales pipeline
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods
- Adhere to all relevant club policies
