Job description

We’re hiring experienced administrators for a busy contact centre in Bristol. This is a temporary, full-time role, based on-site 5 days a week.


What you’ll do:

  • Handle inbound customer calls (B2C)
  • Complete accurate and detailed admin tasks
  • Update systems, resolve queries, and log information
  • Work in a fast-paced, supportive team


What we need:

  • 1 year minimum office/admin experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Available to start immediately
  • Comfortable working full-time in the office
