What You’ll Do:

• Build and scale vibrant communities on social media across X, Discord, and Telegram.
• Leading the social media team, collaborating with marketing, designers, writers and other team members.
• Craft bold strategies to boost engagement.
• Be the community’s voice, host events, AMAs, webinars both online and IRL.
• Track metrics to keep strategies sharp.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years in a social media management position or similar.
• 2+ years in the blockchain industry as a marketing or social media manager with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Proven community-building and content creation and growth experience in Web3.
• Social media pro on X, Reddit, Discord, and Telegram and new hot social platforms.
• Data-savvy social media head, able to share and track meaningful insights.
