An award-winning law firm based near Chancery Lane is seeking a confident and experienced HR Manager to join their highly regarded team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading on a wide range of complex and sensitive ER cases – including grievances, disciplinaries, investigations, and performance issues.
  • Partnering with stakeholders across the business to offer commercially-minded, pragmatic HR advice.
  • Supporting the development and delivery of firm-wide HR initiatives and projects.
  • Acting as a trusted coach and mentor to junior HR colleagues.
  • Ensuring legal compliance and consistency in HR policies and processes.


What they are looking for:

  • A seasoned HR Manager or experienced Senior HR Advisor with strong ER credentials, ideally from a legal or professional services background.
  • Confidence managing challenging employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused approach and the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
