VP Sales – Commercial Lead - Regulated Projects | Technical Environments

Our client is a UK leader in the design and delivery of cleanrooms and complex technical projects. With clients across life sciences, pharma, aerospace, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing, the business is experiencing its strongest year to date.

We’ve been retained to find a VP Sales/Commercial Lead someone who can lead strategic growth, win key accounts, and bring commercial oversight to a well-established but scaling business.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the sales and business development strategy across core regulated sectors

• Build and lead commercial relationships with executive-level customers

• Oversee bids, pricing, and commercial terms to drive profitable growth

• Work closely with technical, operations, and project teams to ensure successful delivery

• Help shape market positioning, service offerings, and future capability

The ideal profile:

• Experience in sales or commercial leadership roles within cleanroom, controlled environment, technical construction, or regulated project sectors

• Proven track record in developing business and closing complex deals

• Strong understanding of project delivery and commercial risk

• UK-based, comfortable with hybrid working and travel
