Key Responsibilities

• Support the full investment lifecycle, from origination and underwriting to execution and asset management.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to assess investment opportunities.
• Prepare investment committee materials and support transaction structuring.
• Collaborate with external advisors, lenders, and operating partners.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify value creation strategies.
• Conduct market research and contribute to thematic investment theses.
  
  

Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills in financial modelling and investment analysis.
• Exposure to operational real estate, infrastructure renewables, or real estate credit is highly desirable.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Team-oriented with a strong cultural fit for a collaborative, high-performance environment.
