Commercial Property Solicitor (4+ PQE)

Location: Central London

Job Type: Full-time

SSQ is working with a growing consultancy firm who is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their legal team. The legal division, which has a strong corporate and commercial focus, offers a great platform for career development.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work across a broad range of commercial property matters. This includes:

• Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial properties
• Grant of new leases and lease renewals
• Advising on the commercial property aspects of corporate transactions, including M&A, restructuring, and refinancing

In addition, there will be scope to contribute to the firm’s business development strategy, such as:

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and referrers
• Assisting with the launch of online marketing initiatives

Candidate Requirements

• 4-6 years PQE in commercial property law
• Solid understanding of current legal practices and precedents
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated business development capability
