Co-founder & Chief Revenue Officer / Head of Sales North America
Remote-friendly | Equity Only (Initial Phase)
Two roles: London (UK) and East Coast (USA)
Astragar is a cybersecurity and risk management startup building one of the industry’s most advanced platforms for vulnerability risk quantification, data risk management, and GRC automation.
Our guiding philosophy: Threats only matter when they can exploit a vulnerability in your environment.
Our flagship SaaS product empowers organisations to prioritise and remediate vulnerabilities based on real-world business impact, not just CVSS scores. By integrating with existing scanners (like Tenable or Qualys) and applying proprietary quantification logic, Astragar translates raw findings into financial risk — giving CISOs and CFOs a shared language to act decisively.
With a working MVP, a warm sales pipeline (including a global Top-5 insurance broker, a $50B private equity firm, and multiple banks and fintechs), we’re now hiring a mission-aligned Co-founder & CRO to help us scale revenue.

- VRM platform: Quantifies vulnerabilities by financial impact
- DRM MVP: Detects and prioritises data risks in context ( (live with a major international bank’s US operations)
- GRC + SecOps services: powerful solutions,built with trusted delivery partners
- Initial customers: Global Bank (US operations), Japanese Bank( US operations)
- Backed by: Former CISOs, fintech leaders, and GTM experts — including Craig Shrader (former CISO, HSBC Canada) and David Piesse (specialist in cyber liability, catastrophe modelling, and blockchain for risk and insurance)
What We’re Looking For:
A driven, high-trust individual with:
- Proven experience in cybersecurity or GRC sales leadership
- Start-up DNA: scrappy, strategic, and execution-focused
- Comfort navigating enterprise sales cycles (CISOs, CTOs, Boards)
- Willingness to go all-in for equity at the early stage
- Desire to co-create sales playbooks, pricing, channels, and GTM motion
