We are looking for these skills:
- Ability to be proactive, resourceful
- Keen interest in commercial and/or IP law
- Good research skills and writing skills coupled with fast turnaround and tight deadlines
- Should be working towards a law degree or currently completing the LPC
The role comprises:
- Legal research into competition/IP law breaches on behalf of our solicitors and clients
- Support research work on patent and trademark infringement
- Carry out in-depth research on product and negligence cases
- Conduct client and market research to a high standard
- Potential progression into paralegal work
Daily contract rate of £75 per day, flexible working
