Location: Belfast

Role: PMO

Rate: £428 per day (Umbrella)

⏳ Duration: 12 months

3 DAYS ON SITE, 2 FROM HOME PER WEEK


Background:

You will be working on multiple projects / workstreams, assessing and delivering data solutions and supporting changes affecting multiple stakeholder groups, in response to new mandatory regulatory rulemaking, important supervisory requirements, and Markets discretional change initiative


Responsibilities:


• Produce accurate and insightful project update materials and artifacts, tailoring to various forums and committees

• Day-to-day management of individual project responsibilities including milestone setting, task and actions management, co-ordination and execution of plan within required timelines and to stakeholder quality expectations

• Lead or participate in working groups, workshops and with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define project plans and manage timelines

• Assist in ensuring that all target state tools, processes and controls are socialized effectively and are approved by the appropriate stakeholders

• Manage internal and external dependencies across initiatives, including working closely with Risk Managers, Product Owners, Front Office, Product Control and Technology teams

• Identify challenges and proactively seek to resolve or escalate risk and issues in a timely and well-articulated manner to the projects by engaging relevant stakeholders and PMs

• Developing individual project artifacts as necessary including Business Requirements Documentation (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documentation (FRDs), test planning and scenario documents for user acceptance testing (UAT), project plans as required for all key technical deliveries


✅ Experience needed:

  • Proven experience in PMO roles within banking, ideally investment banking.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
