Electrical Supervisor in Watford

Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee a commercial retrofit project operating during evening hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site electrical works, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of electricians and subcontractors on-site
• Coordinate daily activities to meet project deadlines
• Conduct quality checks and ensure installations meet required standards
• Liaise with site managers, project managers, and clients
• Maintain up-to-date site documentation and reports
• Enforce health & safety protocols and company policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience supervising electrical work on commercial projects
• ECS Gold Card or relevant electrical qualifications
• SSSTS / SMSTS
• Strong understanding of commercial retrofit systems
• Able to work independently and manage a team
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Must be eligible for or able to obtain a DBS check
• 4 PM – 1 AM shift
