The opportunity


The Business & Operations Support Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support within the corporate office. This role focuses on structured reporting, coordination of internal processes, and day-to-day business support. While administrative in nature, the role requires strong attention to detail, confidence working with data, and a solid understanding of how business functions interconnect. The position offers the opportunity to grow into broader responsibilities across business planning or operations.


Key Responsibilities


1. Reporting & Coordination Support

  • Collect and compile regular performance and forecast reports from various teams
  • Organize and maintain Word and PowerPoint templates for executive reporting
  • Track submission deadlines and ensure version control across reporting cycles
  • Coordinate input for recurring reports (e.g., monthly business reviews, forecasts, strategic plans)


2. Administrative Support

  • Manage internal calendars and planning cycle milestones
  • Maintain document filing systems and distribute internal communications
  • Assist with logistics for team meetings and regional check-ins


3. Operations Support

  • Track status of contracts and monitor key dates such as expirations
  • Prepare or organize supporting documentation for audits or internal reviews
  • Liaise with internal functions to ensure consistency in recurring deliverables


Qualifications and Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or business support role
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; confident handling data and formatting reports
  • Familiarity with basic business reports and key performance indicators
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior exposure to business operations or corporate environments
  • Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization
  • Financial understanding is preferred
