We’re looking for a Video Editor & Content-Focused Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. This is a hands-on creative role with a strong focus on producing engaging, on-brand content for social media and digital campaigns.


What You’ll Do

  • Create high-quality video content for paid ads, organic social, and product storytelling.
  • Edit video using modern tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or AI-based tools like Runway, Pika, or Descript).
  • Design graphics and visual assets in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align creative output with performance goals.
  • Optimize content for Meta, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Stay on top of trends in content, video, and AI-driven creative tools.
  • Contribute to Humanpeople’s brand presence across social and web platforms.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in video editing and content-focused graphic design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social-first content, video, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience with AI tools for video or design (e.g. Runway, Pika, Midjourney, haygen, Descript) is a plus.
  • Confident using Canva, Adobe tools or Figma.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and visual creativity.
  • A fast learner with a proactive, collaborative attitude.
  • Capable of working independently in a fast moving start-up environment


Nice to Have

  • Illustration or motion graphics experience.
  • Familiarity with health, wellness, or consumer startups.
  • Experience working in performance marketing teams or creating UGC-style ad content.
