Meraki Talents client are currently adapting their setup in the French market, particularly in relation to the handling of formal complaints via regulators and looking for individuals with a strong regulatory and operational background.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing complaints under French legal and regulatory frameworks
  • In-depth knowledge of French consumer protection laws, GDPR, and applicable banking regulations
  • Proficient in Salesforce (CRM tools); familiarity with Cebelian is a plus, or ability to onboard quickly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to documentation
  • Fluent communication skills in both French and English, written and verbal
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with legal teams and engaging with regulatory authorities
  • Prior experience in the banking sector is mandatory
