Commercial Property Solicitor Salary: £50000 - £80000 (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join a dynamic and supportive legal team in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle diverse, high-value property transactions in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Advising on the acquisition, disposal, and leasing of commercial properties, including retail, hospitality, and office spaces.
• 
  Managing development, planning, and regeneration projects for a varied client base, including investors, developers, and corporate entities.
• 
  Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and agreements with precision and commercial focus.
• 
  Supporting property finance, investment, and joint venture transactions.
• 
  Engaging in business development and networking to build client relationships.
• 
  Collaborating with legal and non-legal professionals across related practice areas such as corporate law and conveyancing.

Skills and Requirements:

  Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property law.
• 
  Exceptional client communication and relationship-building abilities, adept at explaining complex legal matters clearly.

  Strong drafting, negotiation, and commercial awareness skills.
