Job description
An ambitious organisation undergoing a major CRM overhaul is looking for an experienced Product Owner to drive delivery across a strategic, cross-functional transformation programme.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s deep in CRM platforms and thrives in fast-paced, Agile environments. You’ll be the voice of the business, translating strategic goals into clear product roadmaps, prioritised backlogs, and real-world outcomes.
We specifically need somebody who has vast experience of the events industry.
Please note this role is three days a week in their Paddington office.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and manage the CRM product backlog, aligned to commercial and operational goals
- Translate requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups and retros as part of an Agile team
- Work with developers, CRM engineers, and 3rd-party partners to deliver impactful functionality
- Guide the migration of multiple teams onto a central CRM platform
- Ensure high-quality, user-tested delivery that meets both business and technical expectations
- Identify dependencies and remove blockers to accelerate delivery
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in CRM transformation projects
- Hands on experience in the events industry
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Agile/Scrum delivery expertise — comfortable facilitating ceremonies and backlog refinement
- Strong understanding of CRM business processes, especially across sales and marketing
- Experience managing CRM migrations or large-scale onboarding projects
- Skilled at balancing technical constraints with business priorities
- Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders and drive adoption
