U.S. Capital Markets Associate – U.S. Firm (London)

Class Years: 2nd–5th Year | Compensation: Top of market US compensation | Location: London

A leading U.S. Law firm in London is seeking a U.S.-qualified Capital Markets Associate (2nd–5th year) to join its growing and high-performing team.

This role offers a strong mix of equity and debt capital markets work, advising both issuers and underwriters on complex, high-value transactions. The team operates across a wide range of industries and markets, giving you exposure to a truly global client base.
