Join a multi-award-winning industry leader in remote security and alarm monitoring. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, calm-under-pressure professional to join our 24/7 operations centre.

Shifts: 4 Nights On / 4 Nights Off | 12-hour shifts | 20:00–08:00

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitoring live CCTV feeds for suspicious or criminal activity
• Responding to incoming alarms and escalating incidents as needed
• Handling inbound and outbound calls to clients, emergency services, and security teams
• Accurately recording incident details and preparing concise reports
• Maintaining high levels of situational awareness and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Experience in call handling or customer service preferred
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• A strong team player with a customer-first attitude
• 5 years’ verifiable employment references (essential)
