Offer | £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

We are recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer to work for a fantastic law firm based just outside of Eastbourne.

They’re looking for someone who can handle all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from initial contact through to registration.

Typical duties include:

• Acting for both buyers and sellers in residential conveyancing matters.
• Managing a diverse caseload encompassing freehold, leasehold, re-mortgages, and buy-to-let properties.
• Ensuring full compliance with the UK Finance mortgage lenders’ handbook.
• Advising clients on SDLT, including higher rates, available reliefs, and exemptions.
• Developing and nurturing relationships with agents, brokers, and other property professionals.

The successful candidate:

• Previous experience working in a similar role
• Qualified as either a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Able to work independently with minimal assistance
