HEAD OF COMMERCIAL ANALYTICS

£135,000 + BONUS + EQUITY

LONDON – HYBRID

One of the UK’s most well-known marketplaces is hiring a Head of Commercial Analytics to lead a high-performing team across pricing, trading, and customer insight. This is a senior-level, commercially focused role where analytics drives key decisions and directly impacts performance.

THE ROLE:

You’ll lead analytics across all commercial levers – from pricing and promotions to trading performance and customer behaviour. Expect regular exposure to exec-level stakeholders and ownership of core areas of the P&L. This role is about impact – using data to defend market position, grow share, and shape strategy.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Strong experience managing senior analysts and leading through managers
• Commercially focused – confident in pricing, trading, and revenue analytics
• Marketplace/platform experience a strong advantage
• Able to work across multiple regions or business units
