Job description

Join a leading West London motion graphics studio working with top clients in sports and broadcast. We’re looking for a Graphics Producer who combines strong motion design skills with proven project leadership.

What you’ll do:

• Lead creative teams to deliver high-quality motion graphics, titles, promos, and live content.
• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with hands-on design input.
• Be the main client contact, translating briefs into outstanding visual work.
• Mentor junior designers and drive innovation with new technologies.
• Support pitches and collaborate with senior management on client needs.

You have:

• 5+ years in motion design with expert After Effects and Adobe Suite skills.
• Experience managing creative teams and complex broadcast/digital projects.
• Strong understanding of budgets, timelines, and client relations.
• Passion for sports and delivering distinctive, stylish design work.
• Excellent organisation, communication, and a collaborative mindset.
